Celebrating Del Mar College and the Viking Way!

On Monday, Aug. 18, Del Mar College held Fall Convocation at Richardson Performance Hall on the Heritage Campus to kick off the new 2025-2026 academic year. Along with DMC President and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Mark Escamilla's message, faculty and staff celebrated the announcement of the 2025 Dr. Aileen Creighton Award for Teaching Excellence recipient––History Professor Dr. Mark Robbins with the Social Sciences Department––an opening performances by the Music Department and “the Viking Way!”
