Continuing Education’s New 10-week Entry Level Electrical Lineworker Program Addressing Worker Shortage in Utility Industry

On April 6, Del Mar College Continuing Education graduated the first cohort of students from the new Entry Level Electrical Lineworker Program. But before the four students could receive their credentials, they had to demonstrate what they learned during the 10-week program during a “skills rodeo” on Aril 4 at the Nueces Electric Cooperative (NEC) Training Field in Robstown.
