Del Mar College Graduates Nearly 580 Students Making Up Class of Fall 2020 (LIST and VIDEO)

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to impact everything, including the traditional “walking the stage” during commencement to signify students receiving their hard-earned reward and celebrating their accomplishment. However, Del Mar College (DMC) continued to mark that special occasion virtually and scheduled an online commencement ceremony for the Class of Fall 2020.

The “Virtual Viking Experience” was held Friday, Dec. 11, with 279 out of about 580 “prospective” graduates participating during fall commencement.

Overall, the College awarded approximately 689 certificates and associate’s degrees combined among all graduates.
