Del Mar College COVID-19 UPDATE
Friday, April 17, 2020 (11 a.m.)

VIRTUAL COMMENCEMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Due to current conditions associated with COVID-19, Del Mar College made the difficult decision to postpone the Spring 2020 Graduation Ceremony scheduled for May 15. Our hope is that we can reschedule the face-to-face ceremony for later this summer.

Today, we are pleased to announce that eligible graduates will have a chance to participate in the College’s first-ever Virtual Commencement Ceremony. The ceremony is scheduled to take place on Friday, May 29, at 7 p.m. and will be hosted via the College’s Facebook and YouTube channels. The ceremony will feature musical performances and graduate tributes submitted by DMC faculty, staff and students. If you are scheduled to graduate in May, please check your email for details on how to participate. We invite all Vikings to join us online in support and celebration of this special group of students, graduating under unique circumstances. Together we are VIKING STRONG!
