NEW Online System Allows DMC Students and Alumni to Order Free Transcripts

Article by: Rosa Linda Reynoso

What used to seem like a hassle is now an easy process. For Del Mar College (DMC) alumni and current students needing their transcript for employment or college purposes, DMC has launched a NEW online system for ordering the document.

Powered by Parchment, the system allows persons to create an account, choose a delivery option and place an order at no additional cost from the College. The process is that simple.

The online system also allows users to place multiple orders and choose different delivery methods for each as well as track orders from a computer or mobile device. Delivery times vary depending on the selected method:

  • E-transcript: Processed same day.
  • Paper Transcript Mailed: Processed in 5-7 business days.
  • Paper Transcript for Pickup at DMC Registrar Office: Processed in 3-5 business days except during peak times.
  • Paper Transcript via FedEx: Delivery time varies. Requester is responsible for FedEx shipping fee of $25.

To order online, visit https://bit.ly/2FsEqiT. (abbreviated web link using Bitly)

Persons may also request their transcripts in-person at the DMC Registrar Office located in the East Campus Harvin Student Center at Baldwin and Ayers or the Coleman Center on the West Campus at Old Brownsville and Airport Roads.

Note: Requests for transcripts prior to 2009 may take longer to get processed.

Questions? Contact the DMC Registrar Office at 361-698-1248 (East Campus), 361-698-1738 (West Campus) or email reginfo@delmar.edu.
