Online Registration Continues for Fall Credit Courses

First payment deadline set for July 29; fall semester begins Aug. 24

Article by: Rosa Linda Reynoso

Fall credit courses at Del Mar College (DMC) start in just over a month … Aug. 24, in fact. For anyone thinking about registering for fall credit courses, it’s not too early. Online Fall Registration is underway, and now’s the time to get the courses students want or need to take.

To learn more about the registration process and what’s needed for current and first-time DMC students, visit www.delmar.edu/current-students/registration/.

The current registration period runs through Wednesday, July 29, with tuition and fees due by 6:30 p.m. for courses registered on or before that date. Only online and mail-in payments are accepted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Course offerings during the fall semester include 8-, 12-, 15- and 16-week sessions. The College will deliver fall courses as online, hybrid or face-to-face formats depending on evolving COVID-19 precautions. Both current and prospective students can access WebDMC on the College’s home page (www.delmar.edu) to view course offerings, which will include frequent updates and additions throughout the registration period. WebDMC is also where students can check their financial aid status, review their degree plan and find other information.

Additionally and until further notice, all advising will be held online due to the COVID-19 crisis. Registrants are encouraged to contact an advisor by visiting the Departmental Advisors page at www.delmar.edu/current-students/registration/department-advisors.html.

Questions? Email the DMC Student Enrollment Center at enroll@delmar.edu.

The health and safety for all DMC employees, students and guests is the top priority of Del Mar College. DMC campuses and centers remain closed with restricted access available to designated College employees and students due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
