Pastry Chef Robert Nieto -- November 2019

International pastry Chef Robert Nieto demonstrating the preparation, fusion and culinary manipulation of chocolate and other ingredients to create sculptures that meld art, engineering and chemistry into edible masterpieces. Chef Robert Nieto, who earned a certificate in baking and pastry from Del Mar College (DMC) in 2000, returned to the West Campus to demonstrate for about 25 current DMC Culinary Arts students the combination of art, engineering and culinary skills to create a showcase made from that delectable ingredient most everyone loves chocolate.
