Spring Registration for DMC Credit Courses Continues Through Dec. 18

Article by: Rosa Linda Reynoso

Del Mar College (DMC) offers a variety of educational options for Coastal Bend residents. And, the spring semester is a good time to start working toward that certificate or associate’s degree for high demand jobs in the area’s workforce or earning the first two years of core courses transferable to a university.

Early advising and on-campus registration for the spring semester, including 8-, 15- and 16-weeks sessions and the Maymester, is available until 5 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 18.

The College is closed for Winter Break Dec. 19 through Jan. 1 with offices reopening at 7:30 a.m. on Jan. 2.

Online registration will continue through the break and close at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Jan. 2, which is also the deadline to pay tuition and fees. Get details at www.delmar.edu/registration/.

Eligible DMC students can register from their mobile devices by downloading the College’s VikingGo app available for iOS, Android and Mobile Web. Go to the Apple Store or Google Play or just search for “VikingGo.”

Spring classes begin Monday, Jan. 13.

If you’re not already a Viking, now is the time to get your admissions file completed so you can register. For details, visit www.delmar.edu/Admissions_Requirements.aspx.

Still have questions or need help? Contact the DMC Student Enrollment Center (before the break) for more admissions and registration information at 698-1290, 698-1741, toll-free at 1-800-652-3357 or enroll@delmar.edu.

Take that next step to meet your goals. Become a Viking and register for spring credit courses. Del Mar College … Dreams. Delivered.
