Successful “One Stop Saturday” Leading DMC Vikings to New Academic Year

Del Mar College held its last One Stop Saturday on Aug. 2 with nearly 650 participants completing the admissions process, speaking with advisors and financial aid staff and registering for Fall 2025 credit courses as part of “taking care of business” before the semester starts.

“One Stop Saturday participants were lined up out the door at the Harvin Student Center on our Heritage Campus, and DMC faculty and staff demonstrated their commitment to ensure everyone received the attention needed to get started as a new Viking or to continue their journey toward completing their goals this fall,” said Gracie Martinez, the college’s Dean of Student Outreach and Enrollment Services, adding: “We weren’t about to leave until every participant received the services needed to begin classes later this month.”
