The DMC Upside – September 2018

The DMC Upside is a 30-minute TV News Magazine hosted by Carlos Garanzuay and Emily Gonzalez. The September 2018 episode covers the $100,000 donation from Gulf Coast Growth Ventures (Exxon Mobil/SABIC) to support DMC programs at San Patricio County high schools, the announcement of this year’s Dr. Aileen Creighton Award for Teaching Excellence recipient, the College’s summer commencement, information about the DMC Cosmetology and Early Childhood/Child Development programs and the collaboration between the College Relations Office and the Music Department on a video series about the history of the horn, among other stories. The DMC Upside airs on digital cable in Corpus Christi and is produced by DMC-TV.
